Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JPrime Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited ('JPrime', 'we', 'us', or 'our') collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Jvoice ('Service'), our cloud platform for AI voice agents.

Last updated: October 30, 2025

Jvoice is a product of JPrime Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that JPrime is the data controller (or equivalent under applicable law) for personal information processed through the Service, except where you act as a controller of end-user or call-recipient data processed on your instructions.

This policy is intended to align with common practices for B2B communications and AI infrastructure platforms. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and any data processing agreement or order form you execute with us.

1. Scope and roles

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our websites, waitlist sign-ups, account holders, and authorized users of the Service. It covers personal information we process to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You may deploy voice agents that interact with your customers, leads, or employees. In those cases, you determine the purposes and means of processing call-related personal data; you are responsible for providing notice and obtaining lawful bases (such as consent) as required in your jurisdiction. We process such data as a processor or service provider on your documented instructions, subject to our Terms and any applicable data processing terms.

2. Information we collect

Account and identity data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (including OAuth provider IDs when you use Google sign-in), organization details, billing contact information, and support communications.

Service configuration and content: agent instructions, workflow definitions, knowledge-base sources you upload, phone number and routing settings, campaign recipient lists, telephony provider credentials you supply (stored using access controls appropriate to secrets), and related metadata.

Usage and telemetry: log data, API and dashboard activity, feature usage, error reports, IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps needed to operate, meter, and secure the Service.

Communications and call operations: call metadata (such as numbers, duration, status, and timestamps), recordings or transcripts where you enable those features, and outputs generated during calls. Content of calls may include personal information about individuals you contact; you control whether and how such features are used.

Waitlist data: if early access is enabled, email address and optional name submitted through our joining list.

Payment information: billing transactions are handled by payment processors; we receive limited payment-related data (such as transaction status and partial account identifiers), not full card numbers stored by us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide hosting and platform features; process waitlist requests; calculate and collect fees for JPrime infrastructure services; communicate about the Service, security, and updates; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement, provided it does not identify you or individuals.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your knowledge-base or call content to train public third-party foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that states otherwise.

4. AI and third-party providers

Jvoice allows you to connect third-party AI, voice, and telephony providers and to select models at different layers of the stack. Those providers process data according to their own privacy policies and your agreements with them. AI inference and voice synthesis costs are typically billed directly by those providers; JPrime processes configuration and operational data needed to route requests you authorize.

When you integrate a provider, personal information may be transmitted to that provider as necessary to perform the integration. You are responsible for reviewing provider terms and configuring data handling consistent with your obligations to end users.

5. How we share information

Service providers and subprocessors: cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and support tools bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Telephony and communications partners: carriers or CPaaS vendors necessary to place, receive, or route calls you configure.

AI and speech providers you connect: when you enable an integration, data is shared as directed by your configuration.

Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.

With your direction: when you instruct us to share information or use integrations you enable.

6. International transfers

We may process and store information in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods for call logs, recordings, transcripts, and uploaded content may depend on your workspace settings and product capabilities.

When you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs (such as billing records).

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to a voice and AI infrastructure platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and provider API keys.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.

You may update account details in the dashboard where available, or contact us to exercise rights. We may verify requests before responding. If you process end-user data through the Service, direct individuals to you as the primary contact for their requests, and we will assist you as required by law and our agreement.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, subject to applicable law.

13. Contact us

For privacy inquiries, data subject requests, or grievances relating to Jvoice, contact JPrime Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited at info@jprime.in. Please include sufficient detail for us to identify your account and respond within timelines required by applicable law.

If you are located in India and have concerns about our handling of personal data, you may also raise a complaint with the relevant authority under applicable data protection legislation when in force.
